Made-to-Order Products

Every item in our store is 3D printed on demand after you place your order. We do not carry pre-made inventory.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• A 15% restocking fee applies
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• Contact us at shop@printago.io before sending anything back — returns sent without authorization will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom text items
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Before You Buy

Please take a moment to review your order before checking out:

• Confirm the correct color, size, and variant options
• Review any personalization or custom text fields for accuracy
• Check product dimensions and descriptions
• Reach out to us at shop@printago.io with any questions before ordering

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match what you ordered:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@printago.io
2. Include your order number in the subject line
3. Attach clear photos showing the damage or issue
4. We'll make it right — replacement or refund at our discretion, no restocking fee

Refunds

Approved refunds (minus the 15% restocking fee) are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Because production starts quickly on made-to-order items:

• Cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order
• After that window, your item is likely already in production and cannot be cancelled
• To cancel, email shop@printago.io immediately with your order number
