All orders ship within 24 hours — even though every item is 3D printed to order.

Processing

Yes, really. Every product is 3D printed after you order, and we still ship within 24 hours. That's what happens when you run your own print farm.

  • Orders ship within 24-48 hours of confirmation
  • We ship Monday through Saturday
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays ship the next business day
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

Shipping Carrier

We primarily ship via USPS, though we may use other carriers depending on the item and destination.

  • All 50 US states and territories
  • International orders — availability and rates shown at checkout

Tracking

You'll receive tracking info by email once your order ships. Track your package at usps.com/tracking

Delays

We ship on time, but carriers sometimes don't. Peak seasons, weather, and customs (for international orders) can add time. We can't control carrier delays, but we're happy to help you track down a late package.

Missing or Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors
  2. Look around your property — porches, side doors, mailroom
  3. Wait 48 hours — tracking sometimes updates before actual delivery
